- [Knight Family Charitable Foundation Grants $17,500 to Spectrum for Living](https://spectrumforliving.org/knight-family-charitable-foundation-grants-17500-spectrum-living/): RIVER VALE, NJ (January 2018) – Spectrum for Living recently received a grant in the amount of $17,500 from the Knight Family Charitable Foundation. Funding will be used to upgrade the organizations cyber security so that all electronic files are better protected from cyber-attacks. The software will enhance the current service and provide 100% coverage to all devices used at Spectrum for Living. The grant comes at a critical time; as cyber-attacks worldwide are on the increase.  Spectrum for Living and the Knight Family Foundation are committed to protecting the health records of the individuals served by Spectrum for Living.

- [Volunteers wanted at Ringwood Spectrum for Living](https://spectrumforliving.org/volunteers-wanted-at-ringwood/): Local residents with a little time to share are being sought to participate in Spectrum for Living’s “Friendly Visitors” volunteer program at the Ringwood Adult Training Center (ATC) located on Morris Road. In particular, help is needed Monday through Friday from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. to assist developmentally disabled adults with after-lunch activities. Volunteers provide one-on-one social interaction while helping clients with arts and crafts, board games, computer activities, and gardening.
