Spectrum for Living Announces New Senior Leadership

SPECTRUM FOR LIVING ANNOUNCES NEW SENIOR LEADERSHIP
River Vale, NJ – Spectrum for Living (“Spectrum”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Thomas Donahue as the organization’s first Chief Programs Officer and Susan Mancuso as the organization’s Vice President of Nursing, Clinical Services & Closter Intermediate Care Facility (“ICF”).
“With the appointment of Thomas Donahue as our first Chief Programs Officer and Susan Mancuso as our Vice President of Nursing, Clinical Services & Closter ICF, Spectrum for Living is undertaking a restructuring to better align our resources and talent so that we may continue delivering services to our clients at the highest quality standard,” said Christopher Perry, Spectrum’s President & Chief Executive Officer. “Spectrum prides itself on our ability to promote top talent from within, and we are very much pleased that Thomas and Susan have accepted these two senior leadership roles within our organization.”
Thomas Donahue is a veteran Spectrum employee. He has served in various roles within Spectrum, including Director of Psychological & Behavioral Services for sixteen years and, most recently, as Vice President of the organization’s Closter Intermediate Care Facility. He has a strong commitment to serving persons with developmental disabilities and their families. As Spectrum’s first Chief Programs Officer, Mr. Donahue will oversee all aspects of Spectrum’s residential, day and recreational programs; psychological services; continuous quality improvement; and support services for persons in the community with disabilities. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Ramapo College, a Master’s degree in Counseling & Community Psychology from Marist College, and he is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Susan Mancuso is a 32-year veteran Spectrum employee. She first started with Spectrum at the organization’s Closter ICF in 1986 and has held several nursing management positions within the Closter ICF and Spectrum community residences. She then became Vice President of Nursing and Clinical Services in 2005. She is dedicated to providing high-quality health care services to the developmental disabilities population. As Vice President of Nursing, Clinical Services & Closter ICF, Ms. Mancuso will oversee the entirety of Spectrum’s operations at its Closter ICF. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Dominican College of Blauvelt and a Master’s degree in Nursing Administration & Case Management from St. Peter’s University.
