Spectrum for Living Announces 2026 Gala: “A Celebration of Impact and Inclusion”
Spectrum for Living is pleased to announce its 2026 Gala, “A Celebration of Impact and Inclusion,” bringing together community leaders, families, supporters, and advocates to celebrate those making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.
The Gala will honor Impact Leader, Joseph Behot; Family Advocate, the Gutterson-Nyman Family; Community Champion, M&T Bank; Legacy Leader, Susan Mancuso; Leadership Steward, Vincent O’Brien; and Inspirational Advocate, Jennifer Walsifer. Each honoree has demonstrated a meaningful commitment to Spectrum for Living and to creating greater opportunities, inclusion, and support for the individuals it serves.
“We are proud to recognize this exceptional group of honorees and celebrate the impact they have made on Spectrum for Living and our community,” said Salvador Moran, President & CEO of Spectrum for Living. “This gala brings together the families, supporters, staff, volunteers, and advocates who share our commitment to creating greater opportunities, inclusion, and independence for the individuals we serve.”
For more than four decades, Spectrum for Living has provided individuals with disabilities the opportunity to live meaningful, fulfilling lives with dignity, purpose, and independence. Today, the organization serves more than 600 adults through long-term care, supportive residential housing, enriching day programs, and recreational activities.
The evening will feature Kimberly Bukowiec, a two-time Emmy Award-winning television journalist, anchor, and reporter, as Master of Ceremonies, and Sarah Napoli, Learning Services Director at the Disability and Philanthropy Forum and a longtime disability inclusion advocate with more than 25 years of experience in social justice, advocacy, and education, as the Keynote Speaker.
Guests will have the opportunity to connect with Spectrum for Living supporters, families, friends, advocates, and community partners while celebrating the organization’s legacy and looking toward its future. The evening will feature a formal program, photo booth, networking, dancing, a silent auction, and a 50/50 raffle.
“We are deeply grateful to everyone who continues to believe in our mission and stand alongside the individuals we serve,” said Moran. “We look forward to celebrating the people and partnerships that have helped shape Spectrum for Living and will continue to inspire our future.”
