Spectrum for Living is pleased to announce that Vincent O’Brien, long-standing Board member and Treasurer, has been named Acting President and Chief Executive Officer, effective November 3, 2025.

Vincent brings years of experience in serving the nonprofit sector as a member of Spectrum for Living’s Board of Trustees, most recently serving as Treasurer. In that capacity, he led strategic initiatives and strengthened partnerships.

The Board of Trustees has retained a search firm for a permanent President & CEO and expects the process to be completed within the next four months. In the interim, Vincent will oversee all operations and strategic initiatives to ensure the organization continues to fulfill its mission of enabling individuals who have developmental and/or physical disabilities to have the opportunity to attain their highest level of skills, purpose, and independence with dignity through an ongoing commitment to comprehensive quality services, advocacy and family partnership.
