Special Communication to Families April 29 2020

Dear Family Members, Guardians and Friends of Spectrum for Living,

I hope that each and every one of you and your families are well. Notwithstanding the continued presence of the coronavirus, our dedicated employees continue to faithfully carry out our Mission, and we pray for a speedy end to the pandemic and a return to normalcy.

I wanted to take this opportunity to inform you of a change to our corporate structure at Spectrum for Living. Over the many years that our organization has operated, we have actually functioned through a number of separate corporations. We are now merging all of these separate corporations under one single corporation, Spectrum for Living Development, Inc. Spectrum for Living Development will retain all staff and continue all of the services as they existed before the merger, without interruption.

Our corporate merger is being undertaken in order to achieve greater efficiencies in how we transact business and to better position Spectrum for Living for continued success for many years to come. The work towards completing the merger has been ongoing for the greater part of a year and is unrelated to the coronavirus pandemic.

Please rest assured that our staffing and services will remain unchanged, and we will continue to provide services to your loved one at the highest quality standard.
