Spectrum for Living Receives $85,000 Charitable Donation from Columbia Bank

WAYNE, NJ (OCTOBER 19, 2020) – On Monday, October 19th, Columbia Bank held its 32nd Annual Golf Classic at the beautiful North Jersey country Club in Wayne, New Jersey. Spectrum for Living (“SFL”) was chosen as the charitable beneficiary of the outing, and we are thankful to have been a part of this special day. An incredible $85,000 was raised to support SFL’s many programs and services to benefit more than 1,000 adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities that it serves annually.

“We were able to host a safe, socially-distanced event that raised money for a meaningful organization. We are thankful to all who participated and are proud to support the efforts of Spectrum for Living,” said Thomas J. Kemly, President & CEO of Columbia Bank.

“We are very much appreciative of Columbia Bank’s generous support of our agency,” said Christopher Perry, President & CEO of Spectrum for Living. “2020 has been an especially difficult year with all of the challenges brought about by the coronavirus pandemic. We are pleased to know that we are not alone in addressing these challenges, and that Columbia Bank buys strongly into our belief that disabled persons should be afforded every opportunity to enjoy the full richness that life has to offer.”

Thank you to Columbia Bank and to all of the many supporters who contributed to making this event a great success!
